LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE
& URBANISM
Urban Designer
Joep van Baast is an urbanist and project architect, specializing in integrated assignments at the intersection of urbanism, landscape and architecture. With 11 years of experience, he works on projects from concept, sketch to design, ranging from inner-city public spaces and housing to visions for villages and rural areas. In projects such as Weerstand Roermond, Zeeheldenwijk in Urk and the station square for Eerbeek, he translates complex challenges into future-ready designs with a strong connection to place. Joep draws inspiration from the meeting of landscape logic and urban dynamics. In this way, he contributes to environments where living, moving, meeting and experiencing come together naturally.
